39 But the Lord said to him, “Now[a] you Pharisees cleanse the outside of the cup and the platter, but the inside of you is full of plundering and evilness. 40 Foolish ones— did not the One having made the outside also make the inside? 41 But give the things being-within as alms, and behold— all things are clean for you.
